I'm Karla Warwick, an executive advisor with more than 30 years' experience supporting leaders across government, higher education and other complex organisations.
Throughout my career I've worked alongside CEOs, executive teams, Boards and elected representatives, helping them navigate complexity, build stakeholder trust and turn strategic priorities into meaningful action.
I believe the most challenging organisational problems are rarely standalone issues. They usually sit at the intersection of strategy, governance, leadership, people and stakeholders.
